My journey with Cha Dao, The Way of Tea, began in 2016 after visiting Tea Sage Hut, a Tea and Zen centre in Taiwan.

Learning of Tea's origin, the values of drinking 'Living Tea’,  and the wisdom that can unfold when drinking Tea Ceremonially, changed my outlook on life and how I wish to move in the world.

Exploring what it means to Live a Life with Tea.

Rising every mornings with a few bowls of Tea, I practice sitting in stillness. 

Quieting my mind and opening my heart.
